AI-Native B2B SaaS · Crescendo

Launching an AI-native B2B SaaS company through funding, acquisition, and executive field marketing.

At Crescendo, I led GTM execution for a Series C AI-native customer experience company through a major funding announcement, acquisition launch, website and positioning work, and launched the inaugural Crescendo Live executive field events in San Francisco and New York.

The work required translating a fast-moving AI story into a credible enterprise narrative — while creating the field programs and executive experiences needed to build pipeline and trust.

The work

  • AI positioning
  • Website strategy & messaging
  • Series C launch with PR, website, content, events
  • Field events in New York and San Francisco
  • Sales and marketing alignment & outbound strategy

Selected outcomes

  • Bloomberg and top-tier PR coverage
  • Inaugural Crescendo Live NYC event featuring Kenneth Chenault (former AMEX CEO) and Fareed Zakaria (author and CNN host)
  • San Francisco and New York events drew 200 executives
  • $5.4M in pipeline influenced

In their words

The first Crescendo Live in New York became one of those events people still talk about long after it's over. Jennifer brought together customers, prospects, partners, and our executive team in a way that felt authentic and valuable. The event created real advocacy, strengthened customer relationships, and elevated the Crescendo brand in a meaningful way.

Darnell Witt SVP, CX & AI Solutions, Crescendo

Jennifer understands that great marketing doesn't operate separately from revenue. She worked closely with Sales leadership to align campaigns, outbound efforts, executive events, and account priorities into a coordinated GTM motion. The result was stronger pipeline generation, better visibility into marketing's contribution, and a more aligned relationship between Sales and Marketing.
